Returns
We offer a full return/refund for any faulty goods purchased. Please contact us at freshlysqueezedqld@gmail.com and advise us of the issue. This is to determine if there is a solution for the part, filter or fitting or if there is a genuine fault with the product. In the case of a genuine fault, we will ask for the item to be returned and will provide you with a full refund for your purchase and for the cost of shipping the item back to us. 
We do not accept returns of products that have been used unless they are faulty.
We do not offer a refund for a 'change of mind' as such; please take the time to select the product that is right for you. If in doubt, please reach out.

 

Purchases from the Freshly Squeezed Qld website may be returned up to 30 days from confirmed delivery if the product is unused, unopened and in a form that can be resold. The refund will be made to the original form of payment, and cannot be amended.

Missing, damaged or defective products must be reported within 30 days of delivery to the Freshly Squeezed Water team, including a description of the issue. These products will be replaced at no additional costs.

Payments

Your order will be charged in Australian Dollars AUD. The order amount will be deducted from the provided Credit Card, PayPal account or account immediately at purchase.

Freshly Squeezed QLD is not responsible for any additional fees or charges applied by your financial institution for currency conversion fees. If you are purchasing from us in a foreign currency to your own, the final cart total may not reflect the total charged to your account, which will be due to currency conversion fees and charges imposed by your financial institution. Freshly Squeezed Water recommends speaking with your financial institution regarding their applicable fees and conversion rates prior to placing your order if you are purchasing in a foreign currency to send to a recipient in Australia.

 

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2 business days (not including holidays or weekends), however, during periods of peak sales or delays due to powers outside our control ie: Covid19 restrictions or lockdowns, processing can take up to 5 business days.

 

Shipping

Standard Australia Post shipping does not always include tracking.

If a product is returned to Freshly Squeezed Water Qld, or not received due to customer error including incorrect postage details, refused deliveries or similar are to be rectified at the customer’s expense. This includes an additional fee for re-delivery.

If a product is returned to Freshly Squeezed Water Qld, and the customer does not wish to pay for re-delivery, the product cost will be refunded not inclusive of any postage fees.

 

Australian Shipping

Standard shipping in Australia will take 7 - 10 business days.

We use Australia Post and when necessary; couriers. Please allow up to 10 days for delivery of goods via a courier.
