We offer a full return/refund for any faulty goods purchased.
Please contact us via the contact us form and advise us of the issue. This is to determine if there is a solution for the part, filter or fitting or if there is a genuine fault with the product.
In the case of a genuine fault, we will ask for the item to be returned and will provide you with a full refund for your purchase and for the cost of shipping the item back to us. 
We do not accept returns of products that have been used unless they are faulty.
