The customer acknowledges that (i) installation of the system purchased in high pressure (ie exceeding 60psi) should include a water board approved pressure limiting valve. (ii) installation of the system in a household experiencing water hammer. Should include a water hammer arrester immediately prior to the system. (iii) Damage may occur to the system if (i) and (ii) are not observed.
Returns
We offer a full return/refund for any faulty goods purchased. Please contact us HERE (contact us form) and advise us of the issue. This is to determine if there is a solution for the part, filter or fitting or if there is a genuine fault with the product. In the case of a genuine fault, we will ask for the item to be returned and will provide you with a full refund for your purchase and for the cost of shipping the item back to us.
We do not accept returns of products that have been used unless they are faulty.
